Виноградные улитки — на экспорт в рестораны Европы

Виноградных улиток в рестораны Европы теперь будут поставлять из Пскова. Одна из местных компаний уже получила разрешение на сбор «деликатеса». Моллюски, прекрасно размножающиеся на юге Псковской области, наносят ощутимый вред сельхозугодьям, и с ними решили бороться радикальным способом – отправлять их на кухню. Кстати, в Беларуси уже давно выращивают на экспорт улиток и лягушек.
