Салат из яблок и грецких орехов

- яблоки красные 200 г,

- ядра грецких орехов 150 г,

- корень сельдерея 150 г,

- виноград 100 г,

- масло растительное или майонез 50 г,

- сок лимонный 20 г.


Яблоки нарезать дольками, сельдерей натереть на крупной терке, соединить, добавить ядра орехов и виноград.

Заправить майонезом или маслом.

Оформить салат ягодами винограда и дольками яблок, сбрызнуть лимонным соком.
