Свекла, тушенная в сметане

500 г. свеклы, 1 морковь, 1 корень петрушки, 1 стакан сметаны,  по  1

столовой ложке лимонного сока, сахара, муки, 50 г. масла, соль по вкусу.

Свеклу, морковь, петрушку нарезать соломкой, положить  в  кастрюлю  с

широким дном, сбрызнуть лимонным соком и потушить под крышкой  40  -  50

минут с маслом и небольшим количеством воды, периодически помешивая. Об-

жарить на сковороде с маслом муку, добавить к ней сметану, соль, сахар и

прокипятить 1 – 2 минуты. Этим соусом приправить готовые овощи.
