Печеный картофель, фаршированный сыром

10 одинаковых картофелин, 150 г. масла сливочного, 3 желтка,  100  г.

тертого сыра, 1 стакан сметаны.

Картофель хорошо вымыть холодной  водой  из  -  под  крана,  натереть

солью, положить на сковороду и испечь в духовке до готовности. У готово-

го горячего картофеля срезать верхушки, вынуть весь мякиш, протереть че-

рез дуршлаг, смешать с маслом, сыром, желтками  и  сметанной.  Посолить,

поперчить по вкусу и всей этой массой нафаршировать пустые клубни карто-

феля, посыпать тертым сыром и запечь в духовке.
