Картофель, жареный с грибами

300 г. картофеля, 20 г. сала, 10 г. сливочного масла или 15 г. топле-

ного, 50 г. лука, 150 г. грибов свежих

Картофель очистить, нарезать брусочками, кружками, дольками или  мел-

кими кубиками. Жарить с жиром, переворачивая, чтобы он полностью зарумя-

нился. Посыпать солью после того как он слегка обжарится. При подаче по-

лить сливочным маслом, маслом жареным с луком и грибами. Лук нашинковать

пожарить и перемешать с картофелем, а сверху положить  мелко  нарезанные

жареные грибы.
