ингредиенты:

ячневая крупа – 0,5 стакана
молоко – 2 стакана
сахар – по вкусу
соль – по вкусу
сливочное масло – 1 ст.л.

В кипящее подсоленое молоко тонкой струйкой всыпать крупу и,перемешивая, варить 10-15 мин. на слабом огнедо загустения, после чего размешать. В готовую кашу положить сливочное масло.
