3 сваренных вкрутую яйца, 1 морковь, 1 луковица, 80 г. топленого мас-

ла, 2 столовые ложки рубленой зелени, 200 г. картофеля, 2 столовые ложки

риса, соль по вкусу.

Яйца, морковь и лук мелко порезать,  положить  в  кастрюлю,  добавить

масло, 1 стакан воды и тушить на небольшом огне под крышкой до тех  пор,

рить суп до готовности. В готовый суп всыпать рубленую зелень.  Подавать

со сметаной.
