Взбитая яичница

Потребуется:

  • 3 яйца;
  • 2 столовые ложки молока;
  • 1 столовая ложка сливочного масла;
  • зелень;
  • черный молотый перец;
  • соль по вкусу.

Приготовление:

В небольшой, но глубокой кастрюле нам нужно растопить сливочное масло. После этого добавляем яйца и молоко. Солим по вкусу, перчим и всю массу взбиваем вилкой.
