Баранина с фасолью

600 г. жирной баранины, 500 г. белой фасоли, 2 луковицы, 50 г. масла,

перец и соль по вкусу.

Фасоль хорошо промыть с вечера, залить холодной водой и  оставить  до

следующего дня. Утром в той же воде сварить ее на небольшом огне до мяг-

кости (фасоль должна оставаться цельной). Лук мелко порубить и  обжарить

в масле, добавить баранину, хорошо прожарить  вместе,  сложить  в  каст-

рюльку, залить водой, добавить соль, перец, закрыть крышку и  тушить  до

мягкости. В готовую баранину, положить процеженную фасоль, потушить нем-

ного вместе и подавать.
